CLIENT: San Diego Unified School District, Facilities Planning and Construction Department, Business Outreach Program
DESIGN CHALLENGE: Develop and design an oversized, tri-fold brochure to promote the District’s $11.6 Billion construction budget for school improvements to an XBE* target audience that includes small businesses and minority, woman, and disabled veteran-owned business enterprises.
San Diego Unified has XBE goals that are taken seriously and are rigorously pursued. The program requirements, benefits, key links, and contact information are presented in a straightforward and easy-to-understand format to encourage participation. A step-by-step infographic explains the process from start to finish.
ELEMENTS: An 11 x 17 full-color printed piece that folds to a 5.5″ x 11″ tri-fold brochure, plus a digital flip-book presentation to embed on the district’s website and share on social media.
